Wedding photographer South Farm – by Jinjabird. I was back at South Farm in Cambridgeshire last week photographing the wedding of Louis and Steve. It is a great wedding venue with some beautiful locations and grounds. I love photographing here and had been looking forward for some time to seeing Louise and Steve again. Despite a good forecast the English weather let us down and most of the day was spent dodging the showers and blustery wind. However, between the rain there were spells of warm sunshine that luckily appeared at just the right time so as not to stop the wedding ceremony taking place in the beautiful garden. Afterwards it was a quick dash into the old dairy for drinks to avoid more rain. Louise and Steve were such a lovely couple, and great to photograph. One of Louise’s bridesmaids had been a bride at a wedding that I had photographed a few years back. It was good to see her and her husband again. Louise had a very pretty dress decorated with beautiful flowers. For her wedding shoes she had chosen some Converse trainers, just the thing for being on your feet all day. The wedding breakfast was held in the barn. I hear a lot of wedding speeches but the one given by the two best men had me laughing so hard it was difficult to keep photographing. Afterwards the evening guests were entertained by a casino and disco in the newly built dance barn. I do enjoy spending time photographing everyone at the end of wedding day. An hour or two after the first dance can be a time when some real fun is being had. A fantastic end to a special day. South Farm wedding photographer – Jinjabird
